Been a little slow on the blog lately, but had to post this sneak peek. Nelma and Erich got married at Ra-Molopo Game Lodge in Limpopo on 1 December 2012, our last wedding of the year. Can't wait to share the rest of this gorgeous bushveld wedding!

René + Renaldo Married | Muldersdrift | 30.09.12

Some photo booth fun!

René and Renaldo had their Catholic wedding ceremony at their parish in Montana, Pretoria and held their stunning reception at Glenburn Lodge in Muldersdrift. What a beautiful wedding! The day went off without a hitch, everything was just perfect. To top it off, we had the most gorgeous light for the couple shoot, René was such a natural in front of the camera and Renaldo couldn't keep his eyes off his beautiful wife. 

I thought the story of how these two met was such a sweet one. Here it is as told by René:
"How I met my Naldo ...
Well, firstly it must be said that I had three generations of women in my life pray for my husband. My grandmother, mother and sister sat together and prayed that God would send me a wonderful husband, which He did. A few months later, I went with my sister and some friends to Heartfelt Arena to watch Hillsong London. There I met with other friends, one of whom brought Renaldo with to the event. Renaldo shares his birthday with my friend. He organised that the two of them have a combined birthday celebration. He insisted that I come to the party. Unfortunately, I did not go, but I made sure that I called my friend to wish her a happy birthday when she was at his house. Renaldo then asked her for my cell number and she willingly gave it.
One night I received an sms from a strange number, and it was him! I was really excited as I couldn't stop thinking about this special man. He asked me out. Soon our friendship grew into love and now we're happily married!

There is no better man for me than my Naldo <3"
